Lesson Agreement
Our commitment to you:
- To provide a fun and safe riding experience for you.
- To give excellent instruction on the fundamentals of good horsemanship.
Your Commitment to us:
- Arrive in time for the start of your assigned lesson. We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time–So that you may have time to groom and tack your horse before the start of the lesson. Riders are supervised and instructed as necessary during this process. This part is just as important as the actual mounted portion of the lesson–as riders need to learn these skills to become a well rounded and educated equestrian. If you do not arrive early–grooming and tacking up will still be done–but it will “cut into” your mounted portion of the lesson time.
- Notify us by phone if you are running late for a lesson by calling (541) 549-6962.
- Cancellation Policy: If you can not make a schedule lesson time–please call us as far ahead of time as possible. Twenty four hours notice is required – If we are able to find another rider for your spot, we will refund your lesson fee, otherwise fees are not refundable.
- Riders arriving more than 15 minutes late for a group or semi-private lesson will not be permitted to join the lesson and will not be eligible for a refund.
